New to this edition
All screen shots and art will have to change. There are many services and features which have changed or which have been removed from the product. The author will need to review the entire 2012 book (and RC2 2012) against the new Server OS to decide what stays, what gets rewritten and what gets added. In terms of the actual amount of work involved I would put it at between a 60-70% revision. Jeff will need some co authors.
